James has been involved with livestock, feed and heavy machinery from a young age through his father’s direction, although his route back into the agricultural industry has led him through various journeys.
With a keen interest in property, James trained and qualified as a General Practice Surveyor before gaining a degree in Land Management and cutting his teeth on the London property market. His first step into recruitment came after this having worked for a national blue chip multi-site organisation and achieving regular recognition and various recruitment awards for performance.
The desire to return to the Agricultural industry promptly led to a successful career within the Senior Management structure of a highly reputable Crop Protection Supply Organisation. James has an enviable record of client development, injecting energy and dynamism into organisations whilst adding a touch of professionalism and tenacity to the business development.
