As a Consultancy our job is to pre-screen and interview candidates prior to interview. We have the additional knowledge and expertise to be able to select candidates without the need to judge on CV alone. We also have the pioneering two way interview platform that provides you, the employer with video coverage of us interviewing the candidate.
