Each division is personally managed by an experienced Agricultural Recruitment Manager with extensive industry experience. It is this long-term partnership approach that enables us to consistently deliver and provide an exceptional service. We work mainly on an exclusive ‘results only’ arrangement with our clients with an appointment generally made within 2-4 weeks dependant on the urgency and importance of a role.

As a Consultancy our job is to pre-screen and interview candidates prior to interview. We have the additional knowledge and expertise to be able to select candidates without the need to judge on CV alone. We also have the pioneering two way interview platform that provides you, the employer with video coverage of us interviewing the candidate. The most successful appointments made by JP Trett are due to our clients trusting our judgement and expertise in allowing us to select the candidates for a campaign and selecting the most suitable shortlist for each assignment.
