Including all aspects of large scale ( >$ 100 million) poultry production and processing, high throughput bakeries ( > 12,000 loafs/hr), Optical production and Management change .
In his tool bag Stuart carries a wealth of international experience, covering more than 20 years, that allows him to evaluate complex design & build projects to achieve an outcome that exceeds expectations.
Stuart has held Senior management and advisory positions within many internationally known companies in various countries including, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Australia, Philippines, USA, Holland, UK, Sri Lanka and others, covering major investment projects. His success has been demonstrated by delivering Saudi Arabia’s largest Poultry processing plant from concept to hand over in brown field (remote desert) conditions, within budget and on schedule. (Total project budget of 1.54 Billion USD)
Stuart holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Poultry Management, yellow belt six sigma and is a qualified project manager (PMP/PMI)
Stuart’s forte is delivering multibillion “€” capital investment programs on time and to budget always underpinned by a safety first culture, he is known in the industry for being practical, yet creative in his “value add” approach. He brings leadership and mentoring skills recognised by his peers and the technical teams with whom he has worked with over the years. He is equally comfortable on the factory floor and in the board room where he can readily interchange and evolve his exemplary interpersonal skills; analytical problem-solving techniques; negotiation tactics and persuasive influence.
