TELL ME MORE ABOUT THE ROLE?  Our client is a specialist Consultancy business with a niche market in Forestry Management to include, timber production, environmental quality, pest and disease mitigation, grant and stewardship experts, regeneration, management planning, planting, harvesting and Silvicultural Advice. You will be involved in all aspects of the business assisting the Lead Consultant in his business entirely. You will be expected to cover East Anglia as a territory working with some prestigious and large estates as well as liaising with contractors to undertake the forestry workload.

WHAT QUALITIES DO I NEED? 

Experience and knowledge of Forestry Management – desirable

Background or experience in Farming / Agriculture / Rural enterprises

Proactive and use of initiative essential

Ability to manage time working across multiple tasks

Comfortable with meeting and establishing a rapport with a diverse cross section of clients and contractors

Supervising and managing planting and harvesting  

Accurate record keeping
