James Trett is the Managing Director and Principal Shareholder of JP Trett Ltd. Raised in East Anglia and born into a well-known farming family, he stems from many generations involved within Agriculture and Rural business. He adopts a level of zero tolerance and 100% professionalism into work and life to ensure he accomplishes his goals.

Divisional Manager (Machinery)

Brought up on a Norfolk farm, and with 20+ years’ professional experience in the agricultural machinery sector, James has helped cement JP Trett’s strong position as the recruitment partner of choice for many prestigious names within the machinery manufacturer and dealership sector, both in the UK and overseas.

A well-known and respected professional in the Livestock sector with many years’ experience and a comprehensive wealth of contacts – Bertie seems to know everyone!

Operations Manager (also Equine & Veterinary specialist)

An experienced Equine Specialist with a background of Equine rescue and rehabilitation having worked for World Horse Welfare for 9 years and run a BHS approved livery yard in Hertfordshire.

Consultant (Crop Science, Livestock, R & D)

Megan was an impact acquisition for JP Trett from the very start. Having a great passion and knowledge for all things ‘Science,’ she used her background and charisma to work on some of our most challenging placements to date.

Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Currently seeking a new team member that can deliver results through determination and hard work. With a natural ability to build rapport and speak to Agriculturally minded professionals within the Livestock Sector of the Industry you will be a valuable resource to the team. No experience in Recruitment necessary but you will have to have either an Agricultural background or passion for Livestock, Machinery, Crop Science or anything Agricultural.

Landlord and Working Farmer

Ed is our informative and inspiring landlord as well as a farmer, tending to his crops and livestock surrounding our offices in mid-Norfolk. Ed is always on hand to cheer us up, motivate the team and generally bring us news and views on the latest challenges and issues he faces ‘in the field’.
